Who We Are?

We are primarily a web development company building quality websites from the simple to the complicated custom built eCommerce website at reasonable price. At the request of our clients, we also do maintenance services.

We exclusively do all our web design and development work in-house, we do not outsource any of our design and development work to any third parties.

How fast can you build sites?

We promise to design and build your website the soonest we possibly can, that said, we also understand that quality and branding is important and depending on the complexity of your requirements, number of pages and whether your pages are static and/or dynamic, development may take from a few days, weeks or sometimes even months. We’re fast but we don’t rush.

How much do you charge for a website development?

The cost of a website varies depending on various factors, just like the cost of a house may vary. To get a better idea of the cost of what you want to build, send us a quick email. We’ll ask you a few questions, the nature of the site, what sort of functionality the site will have, your design needs, etc. Then we’ll be able to give you a ballpark figure.

Do you plan your design and development with mobile device in mind?

Yes. Using modern standards and responsive design we ensure our sites work on all devices, including desktops, laptops, tablets, smartphones and other mobile devices.

Do you build mobile applications?

No. We do make our websites work on all devices. Developing an application for mobiles and tablets across the range of different platforms can be a very expensive task, and in some cases can be resolved with a responsive website.

Will I have a say in the design process?

Absolutely. We need your input and feedback in order to design your website. We are partners and our goal is to please you. We’ll ask a lot of questions and if you have other sites with a design style you would like to have, we can do that.

Can you design and develop an online store?

Yes. We do e-commerce/online store sites, and if you sell products and/or services online we’ll be glad to build it for you.

Do you provide copywriting and photography services?

No. We don’t provide copywriting or photography services but we’ll do our best to help in sourcing some of your photography needs from free quality stock photography sites at no additional cost. You are the expert on your business, so it is best that content comes from you.

Are there other services included in your web design and development costs?

Yes. It includes basic SEO (search engine optimization), submission of your website to the major search engines, and the setup of your primary meta-tag information (page titles, descriptions and keywords). Additionally, your website is built from the ground up with search engine friendly technologies and methods.

What other hidden fees are involved in your web design and development work?

There are no other fees. Our costing is purely on the design and development work. First, the client and WebEzee determine and agree on the job requirements and we will provide you with a fixed price quote prior to start of any work, and costs are clearly documented.

Will I own the website you developed for me?

Yes. Upon completion you will be given all the account credentials and access codes to your designated hosting account and the website’s administrator back end. You own your website and the content that you provided.

What other basic requirements will I need in order to have a website?

You will need a hosting service, a domain name, email account(s), SSL Certificate (this is standard among e-commerce sites and also those with admin back-end). For e-commerce/online store, you will need an account for a Payment Gateway such as PayPal to process payment transactions. All these will incur recurring fees on your end and are outside the scope of service we provide at WebEzee.

Do you provide web hosting services?

No. We don’t provide hosting services but if you need a hosting service we may be able to suggest the most affordable web hosting option that meets the technical specifications of your new site.

Can you manage website that you guys developed?

Yes. If you do not have the time and need us to manage and maintain your website after development we’ll be glad to help. From simple content updates, image edits to security of your website, we offer a full range of maintenance solutions for you, making it a practical and affordable solution for the maintenance of your website.

Can you update and/or manage existing website that another web firm developed?

No. We only update and maintain websites that we have fully built. This is so we can stand behind everything that we developed. There are issues of liability of multiple programmers touching the same code over time.

How fast is your turn around for maintenance and support request?

Our typical response time is within 24-48 hours.
